Software Quality Assurance Tester/Customer Support
Software Quality Assurance Tester/Customer Support position in a rapidly
growing software company. This position will be responsible for the
testing and customer support of Exploria's media management suite of
products. Responsibilities will include developing and maintaining test
documentation to reflect application development throughout the development
cycle, as well as monitoring and tracking bugs, in several products
simultaneously. Customer service duties will include direct technical
assistance through Exploria's technical support phone lines and maintenance
of customer service log documentation for all of our released applications.
The successful candidate must be meticulously organized with a strong
attention to detail. Professional phone and customer service skills
are a must. Strong verbal and written skills are required.
Qualifications include a bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of software
quality assurance experience.
