Q&A TESTER
Deliver fully tested products on schedule. Write and implement formal QA test plans, using technical requirements or design specifications, and produce test cases. Develop and execute test cases and suites, submit detailed bug reports, screen bugs, perform regression testing, bug verification and contribute to release documentation. Perform load and performance testing, white box, and black box testing

REQUIRED:
· 2+ years of QA experience for a software company using industry standard test automation tools (TestComplete , QuickTest Pro, LoadRunner, or Winrunner).
· Experience in testing of enterprise C# applications
· Knowledge in planning and creating use cases
· Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
· Self-motivated team player
· Strong organizational skills and strict attention to detail

PREFERRED:
· Understanding of SQL, XML, .Net framework and C#
· Knowledge with Macromedia Director is a big plus
· Experienced with unit testing in C#
· Server and Client side load test experience
· Familiar with Web-centric architecture
· Knowledge of Microsoft Visual Source Safe
· A degree in Computer Science is preferred; but a combination of education and quality assurance experience will be considered
